This is the best location ever. I go here every day on my lunch break. I'm always received warmly and I feel like I'm at home there. It is my happy place to go when I'm having a rough day at work.

I agree with everyone on here. This store must have awesome management, because they have the best employees. In my opinion every Starbucks tastes the same, but the service here just makes feel good. You almost don't mind paying $5 for a coffee. Lol

This is my favorite Starbucks in the entire world! I think the employees are super friendly and the atmosphere rocks!!! It is conducive to both studying and hanging with friends.

If you are going to go to a Starbucks, this is the one to go to. The Baristas are very friendly and will get to know you very quickly. If you like to walk in somewhere that "everybody knows your name" this is the place to go. I only wish that corporate Starbucks would start to roast some lighter roast coffees but this is no fault of this location.

Ok I'am a fan and customer. although Freedom road is always too crowded. My request and complaint is the drive thru has a huge pot hole - car tires fall in and hard to get out without gassing a little almost hitting the car in front. please starbucks inform cranberry township to have this fixed asap. Fall is coming and We love our Starbucks in the fall/winter thx so much DMBB

I love this place and have been stopping here for years. I pass two other Starbucks on my way to work and I still will go out of my way to stop here. Fast friendly service, associates that have been there for years, close parking, and always a place to sit and chat inside. There is a wait sometimes here during lunch time, but if it is busy inside you can always cruise through the drive thru.

Starbucks is pretty much Starbucks. But issue is the speed. The average wait time in the drove thru is at least 15 minutes. And at least every other time my drink is weak and doesn't taste right. But the people are super nice and that makes up for a lot of it because customer service is the corner stone of any good starbucks Just be a bit patient if you are in the drive thru.

Holy crap! How can a Starbucks be so slow?? That is insane. There are Starbucks locations that have probably 100x the traffic that are much more efficient. Drink was fine, but it's hard to mess up iced coffee.

I'd say this is more of a 4.5 stars for me mainly because their customer service has been phenomenal as far as my experience goes both at the drive-thru and in the store. I can't blame them for being busy at times, but the workers are very pleasant and you can tell they are working hard. As far as variety goes, they don't sell everything that you would see on the menu online and sometimes they do run out of things. I came here for lunch one day around 1:30, and they weren't sure if they could make any sandwiches. Good thing there was some ham and cheese somewhere. Also, the pastries taste a little different than pre-boulanger menu. I think that's all starbucks not just this location. Food is an ok for me, but if you're here for the drinks and service, you will be happy.

Composite review. Starbucks is Starbucks. Cookie cutter presentation that has a good reputation. This one has a good staff, same selections of coffees, a drive through. Best deal is a triple espresso. Neat. Just the caffeine please. f8 and be there.

One of the nicest Starbucks in terms of their staff... whether it is early in the morning, during a busy rush, or later after a long day, they are always super happy and have superior customer service, which ultimately is one of the biggest things that I look for in any business. Drinks are always consistent, service is as well... and if you go in, it is always clean :) A great Starbucks location!

I just started a new job near this Starbucks, so I'm sure I'll be getting a beverage here frequently! The service was prompt, and my beverage was very well made. Plus, they have a drive-thru, which is a great perk! I'll definitely be back.

Was in here the other day I am not sure how the employees keep it all together but they do. This place was off the hook busy so if your in a hurry and their is a line your going to wait. The employees do get people in and out as quickly as they can.

Linda makes this Starbucks...she always is happy and happy to see me. They have a drive through....yippie. Go early or go late...because all other times...you have to wait. I get a triple, soy latte....yum.

after catching a movie my husband and I wanted a coffee.. we passed the sheetz to go to Starbucks.. well do yourself a favor. go to sheetz ! not only will you save yourself about 4 bucks you will get better HOT coffee.. our coffee was slightly warmer than room temperature ! the kid at the drive thru was not pleasant and clearly could care less about his job ! maybe our expectations of hot coffee were too out of sight.
